Tomato Frappe Recipe - Cooking Index
2 | Tomato juice - (18 oz ea) | |
1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Tabasco brand Pepper Sauce |
1 1/2 teaspoons | 7.5ml | Worcestershire sauce |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Lemon juice |
1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Celery salt |
1 | Egg white |
Pour 1 can of tomato juice into freezer tray; freeze until partially frozen. Chill the second can.
When ready to serve, pour chilled juice into shaker. Add remaining ingredients and shake until frothy.
Spoon partially frozen mixture into each glass; pour in seasoned juice.
This recipe yields 6 servings.
