Peanut Chocolate Fire Bites Recipe - Cooking Index
24 oz | 681g | Peanut butter |
24 oz | 681g | Cream cheese |
3/4 cup | 120g / 4.2oz | Brown sugar |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Vanilla |
1 1/2 teaspoons | 7.5ml | Tabasco brand Habanero Pepper Sauce |
Chocolate Ganache Coating | ||
12 oz | 340g | Chocolate |
1 cup | 237ml | Heavy cream |
Combine peanut butter, cream cheese, brown sugar, vanilla and Tabasco brand Habanero Pepper Sauce in a mixer. Whip until smooth. Spread evenly on lightly greased 1/2 sheet pan and chill.
To prepare Chocolate Ganache Coating, combine chocolate and heavy cream in a double boiler pan (water should be hot, but not boiling) and melt chocolate, stirring frequently. When chocolate is smooth and well-combined, cool completely.
Spread warm Chocolate Ganache over top of peanut butter mixture and chill.
Cut into 2- by 2-inch squares and serve as desired.
This recipe yields 1/2 sheet pan.
