Heat oil in fryer to 350 degrees.
To make Taquitos, fry wontons in hot oil using a taco basket in the shape of miniature tacos (taquitos). Let dry on paper towel. Place in airtight container. Can be made in advance.
Place all Marinated Strawberry ingredients into a large stainless steel bowl and toss until covered with sugar and Tabasco brand Pepper Sauce. Let marinate for at least 30 minutes, but not more than four hours.
Place all Whipped Cream ingredients in a mixer. Using the whip attachment, beat on high speed until stiff peaks are formed, then place in pastry bag with star tip.
Place a generous amount of marinated strawberries on the bottom of the plate. Fill a taquito with 1/4 cup whipped cream and place on top of strawberries. Serve.
