Mango Island Salsa Recipe - Cooking Index
1 | Mango - (8 oz) - peeled | |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Diced red onion |
3/4 cup | 177ml | Pineapple chunks |
1/3 cup | 48g / 1.7oz | Diced red pepper |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Chopped fresh parsley |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Brown sugar |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Cider vinegar |
3 tablespoons | 45ml | Tabasco brand Pepper Sauce |
To prepare salsa, combine mango, onion, pineapple, red pepper, parsley, brown sugar, vinegar, and Tabasco brand Pepper Sauce in a food processor. Pulse for 20 seconds or until the fruits are minced but not pureed.
This recipe yields 12 servings.
