Honey Glazed Wings Recipe - Cooking Index
12 | Chicken wings, fresh or thawed - washed | |
1 oz | 28g | Tabasco brand Pepper Sauce |
1 oz | 28g | Lime juice |
8 oz | 227g | Honey |
2 oz | 56g | Ginger - freshly grated |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Salt |
Create a marinade by combining all ingredients. Immerse wings and let stand for 2 hours.
Retain some of the marinade. Grill wings until golden brown with prominent marks on either side. Remove to a shallow oven-safe dish.
Return wings to marinade and bake until cooked through -- until an internal temperature of 165 degrees is reached. Serve hot.
This recipe yields 1 dozen wings.
