Homestyle Tabasco-Flavored BBQ Biscuit Recipe - Cooking Index
1 1/2 cups | 93g / 3.3oz | Pulled pork - (10 oz) |
1/4 cup | 59ml | Prepared barbecue sauce |
1/4 cup | 59ml | Tabasco brand Pepper Sauce |
12 | Eggs - beaten | |
1 1/2 cups | 93g / 3.3oz | Sauteed peppers and onions |
1 cup | 146g / 5.1oz | Grated Cheddar cheese |
12 | Biscuits - split |
Saute the pulled pork, barbecue sauce and Tabasco brand Pepper Sauce. Heat through and hold warm.
For each serving, ladle 2 ounces of the egg into a preheated nonstick omelette pan and cook the egg omelette-style until it sets.
Top the omelette with 1 ounce of the pork, 1/2 ounce of the peppers and onions, and 1/2 ounce of the cheese. Fold the omelette in half, then into quarters and place on a biscuit.
This recipe yields 12 servings.
