Homestyle Tabasco-Flavored BBQ Biscuit

Recipe Ingredients

1 1/2 cups 93g / 3.3ozPulled pork - (10 oz)
1/4 cup 59mlPrepared barbecue sauce
1/4 cup 59mlTabasco brand Pepper Sauce
12   Eggs - beaten
1 1/2 cups 93g / 3.3ozSauteed peppers and onions
1 cup 146g / 5.1ozGrated Cheddar cheese
12   Biscuits - split

Recipe Instructions

Saute the pulled pork, barbecue sauce and Tabasco brand Pepper Sauce. Heat through and hold warm.

For each serving, ladle 2 ounces of the egg into a preheated nonstick omelette pan and cook the egg omelette-style until it sets.

Top the omelette with 1 ounce of the pork, 1/2 ounce of the peppers and onions, and 1/2 ounce of the cheese. Fold the omelette in half, then into quarters and place on a biscuit.

This recipe yields 12 servings.
