25 | Tomatoes - thinly sliced (medium) | |
10 | Zucchini or cucumbers - thinly sliced (medium) | |
10 | Cottage cheese (large curd cream-style) | |
3 | Plain yogurt | |
3 cups | 711ml | Skim milk |
4 1/2 cups | 281g / 9.9oz | Chopped onion |
2 1/2 tablespoons | 37ml | Cumin seed - ground |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Tabasco brand Pepper Sauce |
3 | Alfalfa sprouts |
Top each slice of bread with 2 tomato slices and three zucchini slices.
In large mixing bowl combine cottage cheese, yogurt, skim milk, onion, cumin and Tabasco brand Pepper Sauce.
To serve, plate 2 slices bread and top with 2/3 cup cottage cheese mixture. Sprinkle with 1 tablespoon alfalfa sprouts. If desired, serve with additional Tabasco brand Pepper Sauce.
