Grilled Five Cheese Pizza Recipe - Cooking Index
| 2 1/2 tablespoons | 37ml | Tabasco brand Pepper Sauce |
| 2 tablespoons | 30ml | Prepared pizza sauce |
| 1/2 cup | 73g / 2.6oz | Mascarpone cheese - (4 oz) |
| 1 | Prepared pizza dough round - (14" dia) | |
| 1 cup | 146g / 5.1oz | Four-cheese blend - (4 oz) |
Combine the prepared pizza sauce, Tabasco brand Pepper Sauce and Mascarpone cheese. Reserve until needed.
Place the dough on an oiled pizza screen. Dock the dough well. Spread the Tabasco-Mascarpone over the crust, leaving a 1-inch border around the edge. Top the sauce with the cheese blend.
Bake in a preheated 450 degree pizza oven for 7 minutes. Allow to cool slightly before cutting into 8 slices.
