Green Pepper Lime Wing Sauce (Cooked Version) Recipe - Cooking Index
1 1/2 cups | 355ml | Tabasco brand Green Pepper Sauce |
1 1/2 cups | 492g / 17oz | Corn syrup |
3/4 cup | 177ml | Fresh lime juice |
1 1/2 tablespoons | 22ml | Cornstarch |
4 tablespoons | 60ml | Chopped fresh cilantro |
Wisk together Tabasco brand Green Pepper Sauce, corn syrup, lime juice and cornstarch in a saucepan. Bring to a boil; boil one minute. Remove from heat, add cilantro.
Hold refrigerated until needed.
This recipe yields 1 quart (for approximately 12 lbs. chicken wings).
