Green Pepper Garden Cole Slaw Recipe - Cooking Index
1 cup | 237ml | Mayonnaise |
1/4 cup | 59ml | Honey |
1/4 cup | 59ml | Lemon juice |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Tabasco brand Green Pepper Sauce |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Salt |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Ground ginger |
2 | Shredded cabbage | |
2 | Green or red bell peppers - chopped (medium) | |
2 | Carrots - shredded (medium) | |
2 | Zucchini - shredded (medium) | |
1/2 cup | 31g / 1.1oz | Chopped green onion |
In a large bowl, combine mayonnaise, honey, lemon juice, Tabasco brand Green Pepper Sauce, salt and ginger until blended. Add cabbage, bell pepper, carrot, zucchini and green onion; toss to coat well. Cover and refrigerate at least 2 hours to blend flavors.
This recipe yields 12 servings.
