Green Pepper Avocado Cilantro Salsa

Recipe Ingredients

24 tablespoons 360mlAvocados - halved, pitted (large)
48   Tomatillos - husks removed,
  Washed, cut into quarters - see * Note
3   Cilantro leaves only - (loosely packed)
3 cups 187g / 6.6ozChopped onion - chopped
1/2 cup 118mlTabasco brand Green Pepper Sauce
1/4 cup 59mlSalt

Recipe Instructions

* Note: Mexican green tomatoes -- if not available, substitute cherry tomatoes, quartered.

Scoop avocados into the container of a blender or food processor. Add tomatillos, cilantro, onion, Tabasco brand Green Pepper Sauce and salt. Process until smooth.

If not using immediately, cover with plastic wrap directly on top of salsa and refrigerate. Serve with tortilla chips for dipping.

This recipe yields 1 1/8 gallons.
