Green Pepper Avocado Cilantro Salsa Recipe - Cooking Index
24 tablespoons | 360ml | Avocados - halved, pitted (large) |

3 | Cilantro leaves only - (loosely packed) | |
3 cups | 187g / 6.6oz | Chopped onion - chopped |
1/2 cup | 118ml | Tabasco brand Green Pepper Sauce |
1/4 cup | 59ml | Salt |
* Note: Mexican green tomatoes -- if not available, substitute cherry tomatoes, quartered.
Scoop avocados into the container of a blender or food processor. Add tomatillos, cilantro, onion, Tabasco brand Green Pepper Sauce and salt. Process until smooth.
If not using immediately, cover with plastic wrap directly on top of salsa and refrigerate. Serve with tortilla chips for dipping.
This recipe yields 1 1/8 gallons.
