Green Pepper Apricot Wing Sauce

Recipe Ingredients

1 7/8 cups	444ml	Apricot jam - (15 oz)
1 3/4 cups	414ml	Tabasco brand Green Pepper Sauce
6 tablespoons	90ml	Fresh lime juice

Recipe Instructions

Combine apricot jam, Tabasco brand Green Pepper Sauce and lime juice. Hold refrigerated until needed.

This recipe yields 1 quart (for approximately 12 lbs. chicken wings).
