1 cup | 237ml | Tabasco brand Pepper Sauce (marinade) |
4 cups | 584g / 20oz | Pecans - coarsely crushed |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Tabasco brand Habanero Pepper Sauce |
3 cups | 187g / 6.6oz | Seasoned flour |
3 | Eggs - beaten | |
Hatoula Peach Sauce | ||
8 oz | 227g | Heavy peach marmalade - warmed |
1 oz | 28g | Tabasco brand Pepper Sauce |
Marinate the wings in 1 cup of Tabasco brand Pepper Sauce for approximately 1 hour.
Toss crushed pecans with 2 tablespoons of Tabasco brand Habanero Pepper Sauce.
Standard breading method: Dip wings into flour mixture, then egg wash and then pecans to coat evenly.
Bake in preheated 350 degree oven for 15 to 20 minutes or until cooked through.
Serve with Hatoula Peach Sauce.
