Georgia Pecan Crusted Wings With Hatoula Peach Sauce

Recipe Ingredients

12   Chicken wings, fresh or thawed - washed
1 cup 237mlTabasco brand Pepper Sauce (marinade)
4 cups 584g / 20ozPecans - coarsely crushed
2 tablespoons 30mlTabasco brand Habanero Pepper Sauce
3 cups 187g / 6.6ozSeasoned flour
3   Eggs - beaten
  Hatoula Peach Sauce
8 oz 227gHeavy peach marmalade - warmed
1 oz 28gTabasco brand Pepper Sauce

Recipe Instructions

Marinate the wings in 1 cup of Tabasco brand Pepper Sauce for approximately 1 hour.

Toss crushed pecans with 2 tablespoons of Tabasco brand Habanero Pepper Sauce.

Standard breading method: Dip wings into flour mixture, then egg wash and then pecans to coat evenly.

Bake in preheated 350 degree oven for 15 to 20 minutes or until cooked through.

Serve with Hatoula Peach Sauce.

This recipe yields 1 dozen wings.
