3 cups | 711ml | Olive oil |
3 cups | 711ml | Wine vinegar |
1 1/2 cups | 355ml | Sweet pepper flakes |
1 1/2 cups | 93g / 3.3oz | Instant minced onion |
3 tablespoons | 45ml | Salt |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Garlic powder |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Tabasco brand Pepper Sauce |
Celery sticks - for garnish | ||
Chopped green onions - for garnish |
Combine all ingredients with electric blender or mixer. Chill thoroughly.
Serve, garnished with celery sticks and green onions.
This recipe yields 50 (3/4-cup) servings.
