Creole Pepper-Garlic Mayonnaise Recipe - Cooking Index
3 cups | 711ml | Mayonnaise |
3 tablespoons | 45ml | Tabasco brand Pepper Sauce |
3 tablespoons | 45ml | Lime juice |
3 | Red bell peppers - roasted, peeled, | |
Seeded and chopped | ||
1/2 cup | 73g / 2.6oz | Chopped roasted garlic cloves |
1/2 cup | 31g / 1.1oz | Sliced green onions |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Fresh cilantro |
Salt - to taste |
In food processor, combine all ingredients. Pulse-process until smooth.
Serve as dipping sauce with grilled swordfish.
