Creole Pepper-Garlic Mayonnaise

3 cups 711mlMayonnaise
3 tablespoons 45mlTabasco brand Pepper Sauce
3 tablespoons 45mlLime juice
3   Red bell peppers - roasted, peeled,
  Seeded and chopped
1/2 cup 73g / 2.6ozChopped roasted garlic cloves
1/2 cup 31g / 1.1ozSliced green onions
1 tablespoon 15mlFresh cilantro
  Salt - to taste

Recipe Instructions

In food processor, combine all ingredients. Pulse-process until smooth.

Serve as dipping sauce with grilled swordfish.

This recipe yields 3 cups.
