Caliente Colada Recipe - Cooking Index
1/4 cup | 59ml | Unsweetened pineapple juice |
3 tablespoons | 45ml | Cream of coconut |
1 1/4 oz | 35g | Rum |
1 cup | 146g / 5.1oz | Crushed ice |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Tabasco brand Green Pepper Sauce |
1 | Lime wheel |
In blender combine pineapple juice, cream of coconut, rum, ice and Tabasco brand Green Pepper Sauce. Blend on high speed until smooth.
Frost edges of glass with sugar and serve with a wheel of lime.
