Cajun Remoulade Recipe - Cooking Index
Perfect for burgers, steaks or as a seafood sauce.
Courses: Sauces3 cups | 711ml | Prepared mayonnaise |
1/2 cup | 73g / 2.6oz | Small-diced sweet red pepper |
1/4 cup | 59ml | Capers - (2 oz) - drained |
1/2 cup | 118ml | Sweet relish - drained |
1/4 cup | 59ml | Tabasco brand Pepper Sauce - (2 oz) |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Dried parsley |
Combine mayonnaise, red pepper, capers, sweet relish, Tabasco brand Pepper Sauce and parsley. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour to allow flavors to marinate.
This recipe yields 1 quart.
