Basic Vinaigrette Recipe - Cooking Index
1 | White wine vinegar | |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Dry mustard |
2 1/2 teaspoons | 12ml | Tabasco brand Pepper Sauce |
2 teaspoons | 10ml | Salt |
3 | Vegetable oil |
Mix together vinegar, mustard, Tabasco brand Pepper Sauce and salt. Blend in oil. Cover. Let stand at least 24 hours at room temperature before serving.
This recipe yields about 1 gallon.
