1 cup | 237ml | Fully-prepared pesto |
1/4 cup | 15g / 0.5oz | Finely-diced Bermuda onion |
1/4 cup | 36g / 1.3oz | Finely-diced red pepper - finely diced |
1/2 cup | 73g / 2.6oz | Finely-diced seeded cucumber |
3/8 cup | 88ml | Pine nuts - roasted |
7/8 cup | 207ml | Tabasco brand Green Pepper Sauce |
1/4 cup | 4g / 0.1oz | Chopped cilantro - (loosely packed) |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Lime juice |
1 1/2 tablespoons | 22ml | Tequila |
Combine all ingredients and keep refrigerated until ready to serve.
