Recipe Ingredients

1 cup	237ml	Fully-prepared pesto
1/4 cup	15g / 0.5oz	Finely-diced Bermuda onion
1/4 cup	36g / 1.3oz	Finely-diced red pepper - finely diced
1/2 cup	73g / 2.6oz	Finely-diced seeded cucumber
3/8 cup	88ml	Pine nuts - roasted
7/8 cup	207ml	Tabasco brand Green Pepper Sauce
1/4 cup	4g / 0.1oz	Chopped cilantro - (loosely packed)
2 tablespoons	30ml	Lime juice
1 1/2 tablespoons	22ml	Tequila

Recipe Instructions

Combine all ingredients and keep refrigerated until ready to serve.
