Steak Burger Wrap Recipe - Cooking Index
| 1 1/4 cups | 296ml | Tomato ketchup 1 1/4 cups |
| 1 cup | 237ml | Tabasco brand Pepper Sauce - plus |
| 1 tablespoon | 15ml | Tabasco brand Pepper Sauce |
| 12 | Ground beef patties - (3 lbs) | |
| 12 | Flour tortillas - (12" dia) - grilled | |
| 6 cups | 1422ml | Shredded Iceberg lettuce - (18 oz) |
| 1 cup | 62g / 2.2oz | Thinly-sliced red onion |
| 2 cups | 474ml | Sliced avocado |
To make the wrap sauce, combine ketchup and 5 tablespoons of Tabasco brand Pepper Sauce. Hold refrigerated.
For each serving, grill one burger and cut it into strips. Spread 3/4 of one tortilla with 2 tablespoons of the wrap sauce. Top with 1 1/2 ounces shredded lettuce, the burger strips, 1/2 ounce red onion, and 1 ounce of sliced avocado. Roll up tightly, ending with the uncovered portion of the tortilla.
