Spiced Iced Tea Recipe - Cooking Index
| 4 cups | 948ml | Cold water |
| 8 | Tea bags | |
| 4 | Whole cloves | |
| 1/3 cup | 65g / 2.3oz | Sugar |
| 1/3 cup | 78ml | Fresh orange juice |
| 2 tablespoons | 30ml | Fresh lemon juice |
| 1 teaspoon | 5ml | Tabasco brand Pepper Sauce |

| Ice Cubes |
Heat water to boiling. Combine tea bags, cloves and sugar in a heatproof bowl. Cover with boiling water and steep 5 minutes.
Add orange juice, lemon juice and Tabasco Sauce. Pour into a pitcher and let stand for 30 minutes. Chill.
To serve, stir in orange slices and ice cubes.
This recipe yields 1 quart.
