Shrimp Louis Salad Recipe - Cooking Index
1 cup | 237ml | Mayonnaise |
1/4 cup | 59ml | French Dressing |
1/4 cup | 59ml | Ketchup or chili sauce |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Horseradish |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Worcestershire sauce |
1 1/2 teaspoons | 7.5ml | Salt |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Tabasco brand pepper sauce |
1 lb | 454g / 16oz | Cleaned and cooked shrimp - see * Note |
2 cups | 474ml | Shredded iceberg lettuce |
* Note: One 7 1/2-ounce can of crab may be added to shrimp in salad.
Combine mayonnaise, French dressing, ketchup, horseradish, Worcestershire sauce, salt and Tabasco sauce in small bowl. Mix well.
Arrange shrimp on shredded lettuce in salad bowl. Serve with mayonnaise dressing.
