Shrimp Louis Salad

Recipe Ingredients

1 cup 237mlMayonnaise
1/4 cup 59mlFrench Dressing
1/4 cup 59mlKetchup or chili sauce
1 teaspoon 5mlHorseradish
1 teaspoon 5mlWorcestershire sauce
1 1/2 teaspoons 7.5mlSalt
1/2 teaspoon 2.5mlTabasco brand pepper sauce
1 lb 454g / 16ozCleaned and cooked shrimp - see * Note
2 cups 474mlShredded iceberg lettuce

Recipe Instructions

* Note: One 7 1/2-ounce can of crab may be added to shrimp in salad.

Combine mayonnaise, French dressing, ketchup, horseradish, Worcestershire sauce, salt and Tabasco sauce in small bowl. Mix well.

Arrange shrimp on shredded lettuce in salad bowl. Serve with mayonnaise dressing.
