Shrimp Cocktail Pizza Recipe - Cooking Index
3 tablespoons | 45ml | Tabasco brand Garlic Pepper Sauce |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Prepared horseradish - drained |
3/4 cup | 177ml | Prepared pizza sauce |
1 | Prepared pizza dough round - (14" dia) | |
1 1/2 cups | 219g / 7.7oz | Shredded mozzarella cheese |

5 | Shrimp - cooked, and (medium) | |
Cut in half lengthwise | ||
2 teaspoons | 10ml | Chopped fresh parsley |
Combine Tabasco brand Garlic Pepper Sauce, horseradish and pizza sauce. Reserve until needed.
Place the dough on an oiled pizza screen. (To oil the screen, spray with cooking spray, heat, and re-spray just before using.) Dock the dough well.
Top with the reserved sauce, leaving a 1-inch border around the edge. Spread the mozzarella over the sauce, and top with the tomato and shrimp.
Bake in a preheated 450 degree oven for 7 minutes. Sprinkle with parsley. Allow to cool slightly before cutting into 8 slices.
Serve with shrimp cocktail dipping sauce on the side.
