Recipe Ingredients

1 lb 454g / 16ozLoaf:
1 1/2 teaspoons 7.5mlActive dry yeast
1 3/4 cups 109g / 3.8ozBread flour
1/2 cup 31g / 1.1ozWhole-wheat flour
1/8 teaspoon 0.6mlBlack pepper
2 tablespoons 30mlCapers
1 tablespoon 15mlRed wine vinegar
1/2 teaspoon 2.5mlSalt
2 tablespoons 30mlRaisins - or currants
2 tablespoons 30mlChopped sun-dried tomatoes - *note,
3/4 cup 177mlWater

Recipe Instructions

*NOTE: Not oil packed tomatoes. Pour boiling water over the sun-dried tomatoes halves. Soak 10 minutes, drain, and cool to room temp. With a scissors, snip into 1/4" pieces. Do not use tomatoes that are reconstituted and packed in oil for this recipe.

Add all ingredients in the order suggested by your bread machine manual and process on the basic bread cycle according to the manufacturer's directions.
