Sassy Peach Champagne Punch

Recipe Ingredients

1		Peaches - (29 oz) - drained
1/4 cup	59ml	Peach schnapps
1 tablespoon	15ml	Lemon juice
2 teaspoons	10ml	Tabasco brand Pepper Sauce
1		Champagne - (750 ml) - chilled

Recipe Instructions

Blend peaches, peach schnapps, lemon juice and Tabasco Sauce in blender or food processor until smooth. Just before serving, pour in champagne.

This recipe yields 8 servings.
