Passionate Peach Shake

Recipe Ingredients

3		Peaches - peeled, pitted (medium)
		And sliced
		= (or 3 cups frozen sliced peaches)
1 cup	237ml	Vanilla yogurt
1 1/2 teaspoons	7.5ml	Tabasco brand Pepper Sauce
1/4 cup	59ml	Honey
1 teaspoon	5ml	Minced crystallized ginger
		= (or 1/4 tspn ground ginger)

Recipe Instructions

Blend all ingredients until smooth in blender or food processor.

This recipe yields 2 cups.
