Mini Pizzas

Recipe Ingredients

1 cup	237ml	Spaghetti sauce with mushrooms
1/2 teaspoon	2.5ml	Dried oregano leaves or garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon	2.5ml	Tabasco brand Pepper Sauce
4		English muffins - split
1 cup	146g / 5.1oz	Shredded mozzarella cheese

Recipe Instructions

Combine spaghetti sauce, oregano and Tabasco Sauce in small saucepan over medium heat.

Meanwhile, lightly toast English muffins. Top each muffin half with sauce and shredded mozzarella cheese. Bake in 400 degree toaster oven for 5 minutes or until cheese has melted.

This recipe yields 4 servings.
