Hot Peach And Ginger Grilling Sauce Recipe - Cooking Index
1 cup | 237ml | Peach jam |
1/4 cup | 59ml | Soy sauce |
1/4 cup | 59ml | Dry white wine |
1/4 cup | 15g / 0.5oz | Minced green onions |
10 | Garlic cloves - minced | |
4 tablespoons | 60ml | Minced fresh ginger |
1/4 tablespoon | 3.8ml | Lemon juice |
2 teaspoons | 10ml | Tabasco brand Pepper Sauce |
Combine all ingredients in medium bowl; mix well. Refrigerate until ready to use.
This recipe yields approximately 1 1/2 cups.
