1/2 cup 80g / 2.8ozBlack beans - cooked, rinsed
2 1/2 tablespoons 37mlPimentos
3/4 cup 109g / 3.8ozZucchini - small diced
3/8 cup 23g / 0.8ozBermuda onion - finely diced
2   Garlic cloves - thinly sliced
2 tablespoons 30mlDiced green onion
3   Plum tomatoes - diced
1/2 cup 118mlWish Bone Italian Dressing
6 cups 240g / 8.5ozFresh basil leaves - finely julienned (large)
1/4 teaspoon 1.3mlChopped fresh thyme

Recipe Instructions

Combine all ingredients and keep refrigerated until ready to serve.
