Cape Cod Grilling Sauce Recipe - Cooking Index
3 tablespoons | 45ml | Fresh lemon juice |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Honey mustard |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Olive oil |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Fresh chopped dill |
2 teaspoons | 10ml | Tabasco brand Pepper Sauce |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Salt |
1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Garlic powder |
Combine lemon juice, mustard, olive oil, dill, Tabasco Sauce, salt and garlic powder in medium bowl. Use mixture as a marinade and grilling sauce for swordfish, salmon, tuna and shrimp.
This recipe yields about 1/3 cup.
