Basic Chicken Broth Recipe - Cooking Index
4 | Strong unseasoned chicken stock | |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Salt |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Tabasco brand Pepper Sauce |
Heat stock to boiling. Add salt and Tabasco brand Pepper Sauce. Simmer 10 minutes.
This recipe yields approximately 1 gallon.
