Recipe Ingredients

1 tablespoon 15mlFinely-chopped garlic
5/8 cup 148mlTabasco brand Pepper Sauce - (5 oz)
1 tablespoon 15mlChili powder
1 cup 237mlSour cream - (9 oz)
1 1/2 cups 355mlSliced scallion - (3 3/5 oz)
12   Flour tortillas - (12" dia) - grilled
6 cups 960g / 33ozTabasco Red Beans & Rice Mix - (60 oz)
3 cups 438g / 15ozDiced green bell pepper - (12 oz
36   Cooked shrimp - (24 oz) - halved lengthwise

Recipe Instructions

To make the wrap spread, combine garlic, 3 ounces of Tabasco brand Pepper Sauce , chili powder, and sour cream. Hold refrigerated.

To prepare marinade, combine the scallion and remaining 2 ounces Tabasco brand Pepper Sauce. Hold refrigerated.

For each serving, spread 3/4 of one tortilla with 2 tablespoons of wrap spread. Top with 5 ounces Tabasco Red Beans & Rice Mix, 1 ounce green pepper, 2 tablespoons marinated scallion, and 6 shrimp halves. Roll up tightly, ending with the uncovered portion of the tortilla.
