To make the wrap spread, combine garlic, 3 ounces of Tabasco brand Pepper Sauce , chili powder, and sour cream. Hold refrigerated.
To prepare marinade, combine the scallion and remaining 2 ounces Tabasco brand Pepper Sauce. Hold refrigerated.
For each serving, spread 3/4 of one tortilla with 2 tablespoons of wrap spread. Top with 5 ounces Tabasco Red Beans & Rice Mix, 1 ounce green pepper, 2 tablespoons marinated scallion, and 6 shrimp halves. Roll up tightly, ending with the uncovered portion of the tortilla.
