1/3 cup | 20g / 0.7oz | Finely-chopped onion |
2 | Garlic cloves - crushed | |
1/3 cup | 48g / 1.7oz | Finely-chopped pimiento |
1/2 cup | 118ml | White vinegar |
1/2 cup | 118ml | Olive oil |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Tabasco brand Pepper Sauce |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Salt |
48 | Artichoke hearts - (1 lb, 6 oz) - cooked |
Combine onion, garlic, pimiento, vinegar, oil, Tabasco brand Pepper Sauce and salt. Add artichokes and chill several hours.
