Apple Cobbler Recipe - Cooking Index
18 cups | 4266ml | Sliced peeled cored apples - (72 oz) |
3/4 cup | 148g / 5.2oz | Butter - (6 oz) - melted |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Cinnamon |
3/4 cup | 148g / 5.2oz | Sugar |
4 tablespoons | 60ml | Tabasco brand Pepper Sauce |
72 oz | 2045g | Prepared biscuit dough - divided Cinnamon and sugar blend - as needed |
24 scoops | Vanilla ice cream - (#30 scoop) |
To prepare the apple mixture, combine apples, butter, cinnamon, sugar and Tabasco brand Pepper Sauce. Mix well. Hold.
To assemble each cobbler, place 4 ounces biscuit dough in bottom of a 5-inch ramekin. Top with 6 ounces apple mixture and top with an additional 2 ounces of biscuit dough. Dust with cinnamon and sugar. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 35 to 40 minutes until apples are tender.
Serve each cobbler warm with 2 scoops of ice cream.
