| 1 | Spam Spread - (3 oz) | |
| 1 cup | 237ml | Finely-shredded Cheddar and Monterey |
| Jack cheeses | ||
| 1/2 cup | 80g / 2.8oz | Refried beans |
| Condiments | ||
| Sour cream | ||
| Salsa | ||
| Guacamole |
Spread each tortilla with 2 tablespoons refried beans. Top 2 tortillas with the Spam Spread and 1/2 cup shredded cheese. Top with remaining tortillas. Cut into wedges and serve with your favorite Mexican condiments such as sour cream, salsa and guacamole.
This recipe yields 32 appetizer servings.
