1/2 cup | 99g / 3.5oz | Sugar |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Rice vinegar - plus |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Rice vinegar |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Olive oil |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Sesame oil |
1/8 teaspoon | 0.6ml | Garlic salt |
1/2 | American Blend lettuce - (12 oz pkg) | |
1 | Spam luncheon meat - (7 oz) - cubed | |
1/2 cup | 31g / 1.1oz | Chopped green onions |
1/2 cup | 55g / 1.9oz | Chopped celery |
1 cup | 146g / 5.1oz | Green bell pepper - chopped (small) |
1/4 cup | 23g / 0.8oz | Sliced almonds - toasted |
In saucepan, combine first 5 ingredients. Stir constantly until sugar dissolves. In large bowl, toss together remaining ingredients. Serve warm dressing with salad.
