Peppy Sandwich Spread

Recipe Ingredients

1		Spam luncheon meat - (7 oz)
3		American cheese
1 tablespoon	15ml	Pickle relish
1 tablespoon	15ml	Mayonnaise

Recipe Instructions

Finely chop Spam and cheese or process in food processor using chopping blade. Mix in pickle relish and mayonnaise. Cover and refrigerate until serving time.

Serve on bread, toast, pita bread, or crackers.
