Marinated Spam Vegetable Salad Recipe - Cooking Index
| 1 | Spam luncheoun meat - (7 oz) - cut into strips | |
| 1 cup | 146g / 5.1oz | Broccoli florets |
| 1 cup | 146g / 5.1oz | Cauliflower florets |
| 1 cup | 237ml | Cooked rotini |
| 1/2 cup | 118ml | Sliced mushrooms |
| 1/2 cup | 55g / 1.9oz | Chopped celery |
| 1 cup | 62g / 2.2oz | Onion - chopped (small) |
| 1/4 cup | 36g / 1.3oz | Chopped red bell pepper |
| 1 cup | 237ml | Bottled Italian salad dressing |
In skillet, saute Spam over medium heat until lightly browned. In large bowl, combine Spam with next 6 ingredients. Toss with dressing. Cover and chill several hours.
