| 1 | Cantaloupe - seeded, peeled, (medium) | |
| And cut into chunks | ||
| 1 | Green pepper - seeded, chopped (small) | |
| 1 | Crushed pineapple - (8 oz) - drained | |
| 3 tablespoons | 45ml | Dairy sour cream |
| 3 tablespoons | 45ml | Yogurt |
| 1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Sugar |
Place lettuce leaves on salad plates; mound Spam in center. Surround with cantaloupe. Sprinkle green pepper over top.
Combine pineapple, sour cream, yogurt, and sugar; pour over salad.
