| 1/4 cup | 15g / 0.5oz | Minced onion |
| 3 tablespoons | 45ml | Mayonnaise - (to 4 tbspns) |
| 1 | Freshly-ground black pepper | |
| Celery stalks |
Mix grated Spam, onion, mayonnaise and pepper. Cut celery stalks into 2- to 3-inch lengths and stuff with Spam mixture.
