1/4 cup | 27g / 1oz | Chopped celery |
1/4 cup | 36g / 1.3oz | Grated Parmesan cheese |
1 | Spam luncheon meat - (12 oz) - cubed | |
1 | Frozen cut broccoli - (10 oz) - cooked, drained | |
1 cup | 237ml | Buttermilk pancake mix |
1 cup | 146g / 5.1oz | Shredded Cheddar cheese - (4 oz) |
1/4 cup | 59ml | Milk |
1 | Egg - beaten | |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Oil |
1/4 cup | 23g / 0.8oz | Sliced almonds |
Heat oven to 375 degrees. In large saucepan, combine first 7 ingredients. Cook and stir until cream cheese is melted. Stir in Spam and broccoli; heat thoroughly. Pour into 2-quart casserole.
In medium bowl, combine pancake mix and Cheddar cheese. In small bowl, stir together milk, egg, and oil. Add to pancake mix; stir until combined. Spoon topping over Spam mixture. Sprinkle with almonds. Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until topping is golden brown.
This recipe yields 6 to 8 servings.
