Spam Meat Spread

Recipe Ingredients

1		Spam luncheon meat - (12 oz) - grated
1 tablespoon	15ml	Vinegar
1 teaspoon	5ml	Prepared mustard
1/4 lb	113g / 4oz	Velveeta cheese - small cubed
2 tablespoons	30ml	Melted butter
2 tablespoons	30ml	Sugar
1/4 cup	59ml	Catsup
1 teaspoon	5ml	Minced onion
1		Potato roll buns

Recipe Instructions

Combine all of the ingredients except the buns, mixing very well. Spread the mixture on the potato roll buns. Wrap tightly with aluminum foil and heat in a 350 degree oven.
