Spam Imperial Tortilla Sandwich Recipe - Cooking Index
1 | Spam luncheon meat - (12 oz) - shredded | |
1 | Cream cheese - (8 oz) - softened | |
1/3 cup | 20g / 0.7oz | Chopped green onion |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Chopped fresh dill |
3 | Flour tortillas - (8" dia) | |
1 | Cucumber - peeled, sliced thin (medium) | |
1/4 cup | 27g / 1oz | Sunflower seeds |
1/2 cup | 118ml | Alfalfa sprouts |
In a bowl, combine Spam and cream cheese. Stir in green onion and dill. Spread 1/3 of Spam mixture evenly over each tortilla. Top with 1/3 each cucumber, sunflower seeds and alfalfa sprouts. Roll up tortilla jelly-roll style and wrap in plastic wrap. Repeat with remaining tortillas. Refrigerate 2 hours.
To serve, cut each roll in half.
