1 | Spam luncheon meat - (12 oz) | |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Butter or margarine |
6 | Eggs - beaten | |
6 | American cheese - (1 oz ea) | |
6 | Bagels - sliced |
Slice Spam into 6 slices (3- by 1/4-inch). In a skillet, saute Spam over medium heat until lightly browned. Remove from skillet; keep warm. In the same skillet, melt the butter; pour in beaten eggs. Cook and stir to desired doneness. Layer eggs, Spam and cheese on bagel bottom. Cover with bagel top.
