| 1 | Condensed chicken broth - (10 3/4 oz) | |
| 1 cup | 237ml | Water | 
| 1 lb | 454g / 16oz | Potatoes - (abt 3 med) - peeled, diced | 
| 1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Caraway seeds | 
| Freshly-ground black pepper - to taste | ||
| 1 1/2 cups | 355ml | Half-and-half | 
| 1/4 cup | 36g / 1.3oz | Chopped fresh parsley | 
In medium saucepan, saute onion and celery in butter until tender. Add Spam; cook 3 minutes, stirring often. Add chicken broth, water, potatoes, caraway, and pepper. Cover and cook until potatoes are tender, about 10 minutes. Stir in half-and-half and parsley; heat and serve.
