Strawberry-Cantaloupe Soup Recipe - Cooking Index
1/2 | Cantaloupe - peeled, seeded, (medium) | |
And cut into chunks - (abt 2 cups) | ||
1 cup | 237ml | Fresh strawberries or raspberries |
1 cup | 237ml | Ripe banana - peeled, and (small) |
Cut into chunks | ||
1/2 cup | 118ml | Unsweetened pineapple juice |
1/2 cup | 118ml | Nonfat vanilla yogurt |
In food processor or blender, process cantaloupe, berries, banana and juice until smooth. Add yogurt. Process until well combined.
Serve immediately, or cover and chill until serving time.
This recipe yields three (1-cup) servings.
