Chicken Soup With Tortellini Recipe - Cooking Index
6 cups | 1422ml | Rich chicken broth |
1/2 lb | 227g / 8oz | Cheese tortellini |
4 | Canned plum tomatoes - chopped | |
1 | Carrot - sliced thin (medium) | |
2 | Celery ribs - sliced thin | |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Dried thyme |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Dried savory |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Dried basil |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Dried rosemary |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Dried oregano |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Dried sage |
In soup pot, bring broth to a boil. Add tortellini, tomatoes, carrot, celery, thyme, savory, basil, rosemary, oregano and sage. Simmer until pasta is tender, 10 to 15 minutes.
This recipe yields 6 servings.
