1 | Green pepper - chopped | |
1 | Tomatoes - (28 oz) | |
4 cups | 948ml | Beef stock |
1 | Red kidney beans - (19 oz) --drained | |
1 | Chick peas - (19 oz) --drained | |
Salt - to taste |
Combine everthing except beans, peas, and salt. Simmer for 15 minutes.
Add beans, peas, and salt. Simmer for 10 minutes more.
This recipe yields 10 one-cup servings.
