Tangy Tomato Chowder With Noodles Recipe - Cooking Index
1 | Italian-style tomatoes - (16 oz) | |
1 1/2 cups | 355ml | Water |
1 | Chicken bouillon cube | |
1 | Chicken noodle soup mix - (1 1/3 oz) | |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Tarragon |
1/2 cup | 118ml | Grated Parmesan |
Drain tomatoes, reserving liquid, and chop. Combine liquid with water and bouillon cube in saucepan and bring to boil. Add soup mix, tarragon, and chopped tomatoes and bring to boil. Lower heat and simmer 10 minutes.
Serve hot, passing cheese separately.
