Fresh Salmon Chowder

2 cups 125g / 4.4ozOnions - sliced (medium)
2   Carrots - sliced
2   Celery stalks with tops - diced
3   Potatoes - peeled and cubed
1 cup 237mlWater
  Salt - to taste
  Freshly-ground black pepper - to taste
1 1/2 lbs 681g / 24ozFresh salmon fillets
1 cup 237mlMilk

Recipe Instructions

Bring onion, carrots, celery and potatoes to a boil with water, salt, and pepper; reduce heat and simmer 10 minutes. Add salmon and milk to saucepan. Cook over low heat for 20 minutes or until fish is done. Serve.
